ELEVATION

Upon being contacted by a homeowner or contractor interested in our elevation services, Northeast Home Construction takes the following action:

1. FIELD VISIT

A Northeast Home Elevation representative physically inspects your property. Typically we do not need to enter your home.

2. PRICE ESTIMATE

Field data and measurements are entered into our proprietary price-estimating tool.

3. CUSTOMER MEETING

A Northeast representative meets with you to review our price estimate, which may include certain allowances.

**** A word about ALLOWANCES ****

If your estimate includes allowances, they are there to assist you in understanding the entire project cost.

Allowances:
1. Are provided when engineered construction documents don’t yet exist.
2. May be slightly higher or lower than actual ultimate costs.
3. Are line items that will be bid to multiple providers and ultimately converted to fixed-cost line items.

4. SIGNED CONTRACT

Once we have a signed contract, we will proceed to prepare and submit your complete permit package to the municipality.

5. CONSTRUCTION

Construction starts, typically within 14 business days of having your construction permits in hand!
