Northeast performed the house raising, masonry and carpentry for this complex project located in Bayhead. The home required 52 helical piles which was coordinated into the project schedule to transition seamlessly from the elevation to masonry to pile installation to carpentry. The condition of the floor framing system required extensive replacement of numerous girders and joists, work performed by NEHE team members as part of our turn-key elevation services. This project was coordinated in partnership with the homeowner’s general contractor.
