Northeast Construction & Development is a premier Jersey Shore builder, owner’s representative and general contractor specializing in sustainable custom projects. Since 2013 Northeast has constructed and renovated 100+ residential and commercial properties and created millions of dollars of real estate value.

Northeast, along with our construction partners, design professionals and subcontractors has full spectrum capabilities for an array of construction and development projects.

50 years of combined experience in development, construction, management and real estate investment.

Ownership is active in numerous community service efforts including Special Olympics New Jersey, The Community Soup Kitchen of Morristown, Grant W. Koch Scholarship Fund, NJ Area YMCA’s, Morristown Medical Center, the Sean Nelligan Foundation, the Italian American Police Society, Point Pleasant Soccer Club, Point Pleasant Beach Art Committee, and ZERO The End of Prostate Cancer.
